Fear Poem by Tess Rockenstire

Fear

This fear is like a cage that I can't escape.
It haunts me in my dreams,
It froze me to the things I want to reach.
I hate it.
I cringed at the thought of it,
I feel like dying beneath my skin.
I long to escape from it
Could I someday be fearless?
And walk free without fear.
