Felt Almost Real! ! Poem by Helen Bahena

When my heart was broken i felt no relief,
til I met this man that seemed so out of the belief.
He held himself well,
even had a great smell.
Made himself shine through all the stars,
though he shine brighter, then them all.
I was fooled to think he wasnt just like the others,
but to him i was just another.
He brought out this feeling I handnt felt.
And had lost hope that it would recover,
he made me fall in love, just luckily it wasnt under the covers.
Though he was worse then the rest.
For this star had already been shinning for another,
she still believes that he is like no other.
When its sad to say he was there for a reason I couldnt retain.
His heart isnt what i imagined,
and now there is all this pain i couldnt imagine,
I hope one day my prince will come.
for i am tried of kissing these frogs.
praying for a king to come along!
