Few In Life Know Of It Easy Poem by Francis Duggan

Few In Life Know Of It Easy

Few in life know of it easy itdoes seem this way
The challenge in living most know of every day
For the majority of people never an easy pay
That life does not owe us only true tosay
And though it never does owe anyone anything
Of the praises of life one only can sing
It is the greatest gift anyone does possess
The dead they are beyond failure and success
The longest lived human life in real time not a long span
On average a few years more for a woman than it is for a man
Us humans as mortals are born to die
This the fact of the matter and fact never lie
As for me i hope for to live for as long as i possibly can
And die without pain as a very old man.
