Fewer Tears Poem by Ray Hansell

Fewer Tears

Rating: 5.0

I didn't think I'd make it
When God took you away
But I guess I must confess
It gets better every day

It's not that I've forgotten you
Not after all those years
It's just that with each passing day
I cry fewer tears

You'll live with me forever
Here inside my heart
I'll treasure the pictures of you
As a perfect work of art

Sweet, heartfelt expressions I have felt many times since losing my wife. I can relate to this. Thanks so much.
