Fighting for a chance to love
Fighting for a chance to live
She sits alone atop the roof
Watching as the world flys by

Crying for someone to love
Crying out to live
List'ning as the world moves on
While she just holds it in

Singing so she will be loved
Singing loud to live
Feeling like she can't move on
Wallows in her sin

Sighing 'cause she knows she's loved
Sighing deep within
Feeling peace inside her soul
She slowly crawls back in
