Final Leg Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Final Leg

Final leg

Fifteen days on the road, five states
In August, and after accident
I drove red-small-rental car.

Drove night on my way to Quebec,
Too tired, half asleep and zig-zags
Thank you for your horn; big truck.

You woke me, saved my life.
