Fire Poem by Delphinium Bloom

Fire

Fire falls beneath the trees,
like curtains closing in peace.
Hues of orange meet the horizon
and then fade away into a mere glow.

Feeding on the flames of red hot lantern
the skies burn down into ashes
wear the dark velvet cloaks
and wait for a new dawn to bloom.
