Fireflies And Empty Skies Poem by Amanda Craven

Fireflies And Empty Skies

I'm holding you close as I hear you breathing.
I'm just thinking how much fun we've had this evening.
With a huge smile on my face as we look up at the stars.
Thinking how much you've really changed my heart.
Staring deeply forever into you eyes.
Then we look up to fireflies and empty skies.
I kiss you softly with sweet passion.
Thinking what more could possibly happen?
We cuddle closely for hours under the bright moonlight.
Then wake up to mornings beautiful sunrise.
