As twilight arrived
The sun drunken with dreams
Drowned into the ocean
While the seagulls
Glided across the horizon
And the pale moon
Brightened the night sky
Your lips unveiled
Into my mouth
And our bodies untied
Into a bursting flame of desire
The stars mingled
With our love
Late into the depths
Of the night
And as morning arose
We lay lost
Beneath the coconut trees
As the sweet wind
Caressed us awake!
