A lovely sunrise greets the day
The colors amaze the mind
Brilliance so captivating
Are exceptional to find

The sweetness of the day goes by
The sun turns soft and warm
You never know what will come next
As winds might blow in a storm

A multitude of choices there are
With weather unpredictable
We wait and wonder expectantly
Clouds fill the sky so full

And then as daylight ceases
Once more brilliance like no other
The sky is breathtaking again
As we enjoy the flashes of color!
