Fleeting Moment Poem by Daniel Reurink

Fleeting Moment

fleeting moment comes again
rising, subsiding no denying
this peace of mind
soaring into me again
is this the beginning
or the lying forgotten end

fly out of me to the serene
a place with no confiding
for this lost paused kind
is out into a space unknown and unseen
a black matter on the even horizon of subsiding
a light lost to gravity's bend

for the fleeting moment comes again
rising subsiding no denying this peace of mind
soaring into me again
is this the beginning
or the lying forgotten end

fly out of me to the unseen
for the fragrance of evil is biding
in light hope chapel's mind
unknown, unconscious uncut and unclean
a lying snake of heaven's bliss fiend
the white rosed weed, beautiful, soft, serened

a fleeting moment comes again
rising subsiding no denying
this peace of mind
soaring into me again
is this the beginning
or the lying forgotten end
