Flirting With Death Poem by Qiniso Mogale

Flirting With Death

They abhor the truth

They detest the truth

They despise the truth

They despise Christ

As a result they are flattered and

Charmed by the devil

They flight with death.

Instead of listening to the truth

they listen to lies

They prefer fables

They disregard the truth

They prefer deceit

They hold the truth in contempt

They hold Christ in contempt

They detest Christ who is the Truth

To hate Christ is to love death

So they flirt with death

Yes, they flirt with death.
