Flowers Of Distinction Poem by Marilyn Lott

Flowers Of Distinction

Rating: 0.5

I think it is so exciting
As I travel all around
To take pictures of the flowers
Of distinction I have found

Every place in the world
Has their own kind of look
Some I’ve never seen before
So I need my flower book

I know when I drive along
And see wild little buds
That I never saw before
I just wanna give ‘em a hug

For they are all so very sweet
Little faces nodding in the wind
I want to take them home
As they dodge and wave and bend

But of course I can’t do that
But I find them all so fun
I’d like to gather them all up
These flowers of distinction!
