Flowing Sea Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Flowing Sea

Rating: 5.0

I long for the true sea
No illusions, no pretense
Tides that ripple with mystery
Seagulls free like the breeze

You are centuries of shells
You are deep light on the shore
You are hope shivering in my bones
Everywhere the blue sky lives
I meditate like a saint
Sweet waters of life
The whispers of dawn
Purple blue worlds
Ancient wisdom
Emotions like driftwood
Romance radiates
Renewed by a deep angel

Golden sands give way to moonlight
Shadows wash the night
Foghorns like stars
Soulful lighthouse in the distance
Salty air on a summer night
Dreams of peace
Shrines of stars
The sea never lets me down
Pearl sky perfume
Gates to my soul
Washed in hope
Envy gone
The world behind me
Sapphire religion
Turquoise past and future
Free fires burning with love
Waves shelter the child
The sea flows like an angel
