Food is essential
Enjoyable to eat
We eat and eat and eat
All the time
Really? Do we need so much?
Everyday is about food
We wake up thinking about food
We die fighting for food
Are we that deprived or there's some other thing that made us fight
Food, food, food, food!
Spirit filled.

Look at the birds
How they eat to survive.

Is life only about food?
Food floods our system if we are not careful
it can kill.

As if we got nothing else to do than eat
eat, eat, eat and eat
Then waste, waste, waste and waste

Food is important
We do not need to eat all the time
We need to break the chain!
