Food Restrictions Poem by Lauren Coles

Every single one of us can't live without food,
We all have food allergies and we have limits,
People stuff their faces with junk food,
But it can be very dangerous because some people have diabetes and their blood pressure drops and risings,
It doesn't have a certain time,
People can get short of breath and have heart attacks,
It can be very serious because you can't revive yourself,
You can only take care of yourself and some people don't care about their health at all.
