For A Plot Of Sky
I would give up this piece of earth
For a fresh plot of endless sky
If my soul found sanctuary
From this world of smiles with knives
Because I knowlonger fear hell
After all my years of living here
When good men make atrocities
From victories in blood soaked tears

I really like this heart-wrenching poem, Kevin! It profoundly expresses the sentiments of so many of us. But I still fear ! I'll never ever forget the traumatizing effects of the beginning of my near-death experience!
