Love me for what I am
for what i can't be and what i can
for all my strengths and all my faults.
For all the screws, the nuts and bolts
that hold me together and keep me standing tall
love me for what i am, love me warts and all.
And when life's troubles wear me thin
i'im tired and looking strained
please dont turn your back on me
just love me all the same.
