For Diana: Dim Sum Longings Poem by Paul Josef

For Diana: Dim Sum Longings

I love pork bun, its flesh flawless and pale,
Its insides warm, never stale.
Gluttonously, I consumed it all at once,
Leaving me with a want,
To taste cha siu baau
After my last wedding vow.
