For Fear Of Germs

Considering what we use the point of our first finger for,
for fear of germs
we started licking our second and fourth.
Some, despite the look, licked their third.

Rhymes for 'fourth' being not very ample,
for 'fourth' substitute 'little',
and say 'Despite the look,
some to their third licked spittle.'
