Year passed by
I resolved and thought to try
With new vigor
And honor

The year was crucial
That needed no dismissal
Of any possibility
Only best effort was needed for quality

I had failed on many counts
The business had incurred debts
There was urgent need to address
I had so many difficulties to face

With all this I prepared
And eventually dared
To fair well in coming year
I was to feel success in ears

I knew it was temporary phase
That was needed firm chase
I shall do it with firmness
I did clean up to face

Let me brace up for New Year
There should no more fear
It brings new challenges
One should gear up to manage
