For You Sam
I am not good with words
But i care very much
This poem is my way
Of staying in touch.
When i feel alone
And cannot see the light
Your bright smiling face
Is a welcome sight.
When you are not here
I often reminisce
About your sweet words,
Your smile and your kiss.
I am thankful for you
The things that you say,
And I appreciate
Your kind-hearted ways.
