Forever Be Young Poem by Timothy Olatilewa

Forever Be Young

Rating: 5.0

Forever Be Young

When my days has reached its end
I'll reminisce about the good life we've shared
The love you showed my family and friends
And the tranquility you gave me when life was tensed.

Then, death fangs will pose no more threat
All because I have nothing more to loose
I will boldly say, I have no regrets
Living all these years with you, the wife of my youth.

The night will pose no more terror
Even in most darkest hour I'll find peace
Cos, You've deftly corrected my past errors
And my pains you successfully eased.

There I'll wait for you across the ocean
In a place faraway in the world beyond
I'll cast away my solitary emotions
And prepare a place we'll forever be young.

Beautiful and romantic tribute to a loving wife, well articulated and nicely penned from inner recesses of the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Timothy.
