Forget The Ghost Poem by Stephen Lindberg

Forget The Ghost

Rating: 2.7

Life and time are intertwined,
Niether of which can we rewind.

Rewind to times much better than now,
To times when the why would answer the how.

For looking to the past, will surely waste today,
While the future draws nearer, every single day.

And how will you embrace, the future that's comming,
When it is from your past, that you are running?

So forget the pain of true loves lies,
Forget the look of true loves eyes.

Forget the thing you miss the most,
For your future is real, and your love.....a Ghost!

Highy motivational.. To keep your sight fixed ahead.. To the future.. To shrug off the unnecessary baggage of the past.

This has a significant message for those who are obsessed with their past. They need to realize that it is the present and the future which deserve the maximum attention. Thanks for sharing the poem.
