Fouzia Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Fouzia

Fouzia

Took her food
Yesterday and today
Her name is Fouzia
But is not princess
As was the daughter of King Farouq, wife of Shah
Princess gave birth to her daughter; mixed blood
Egyptian and Iran

Her daughter, as I heard, turned corrupt.

She, mother, must have had the worst fate
Her father dethroned and also ex-husband.
