Freddy Poem by Alesia Leach

Freddy

Sometimes he sits forlorn and a little misplaced,
but he is handsome and elegantly dressed.
He is a little shy, but full of grace,
he brings me comfort when I am at rest.
And when I see his smile my worries fade,
when he is with me, I am never afraid.
He has the biggest blue eyes
and will tell you no lies.
He is my friend through laughter and tears,
he is lovable and funny and doesn't put on airs.
When he was given to me I was blessed,
do you know who he is, have you guessed?
His name is Freddy
and he is my Teddy.
