Friendship (No Matter What, But.......) Poem by U Win Kyi

A true friend is a friend,
no matter of the gender,
either a man or a woman.

No matter living far or near,
in the heart, he (she) is always dear.

No matter of the gap of age,
the question of difference never raised.

No matter of the wealth,
rich or poor, the importance is health.

No matter of the height status,
short or tall, it doesn't make a fuss.

No matter of the appearance,
ugly or pretty, it doesn't make a hindrance.

No matter of the colour, black or white,
the way it is, is what he (she) likes.

No matter seen or unseen,
sweet and honest talks really mean.
It is on the Internet,
which is where they met.

But it is a matter of bind,
together of the hearts and minds,
with an iron chain, made of rings,
called honesty, trust and sharing.

Sympathy, good will, tolerance must not be lacked,
when in need, without hesitation, it must be helped.
