From His Upkeep Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

From His Upkeep

You are born today
What a heavenly way!
New soul in family with joy
I feel moved and enjoy

We waited for this occasion
It was sing of bond and relation
We both waited eagerly
We feel the child divinely

How many hopes we have?
How good now we behave?
Dream for child's future
And make everything sure

From his upkeep
To sleep
And to school
We are delighted full

I long for hear his word as call
When it will be awaited by all
It is time to think about another world
'Happy one and how lucky we are' it is told
