Fur Crying Out Loud Verison 2 Poem by Ramona Thompson

Fur Crying Out Loud Verison 2

A different kind of fur protest poem

Finally you've went too damn far
Under mining each and every one of the human's kind efforts to include us in their beautiful lifes
Ranting, raving, and ruining a good thing for us all

Can't you for once just keep your trap shut and let the rest of us be happy?
Run off at the mouth about real issues instead of the ones that nobody but you really cares about anyway
Young and perfect we want only to forever be part of their lovely wardrobes
Irresistible to be part of their glitzy glamour filled lifes
Now please do be quiet and let those of us who want to enjoy our time to shine in the spotlight
Give the humans a chance to include us in their bright pretty in their world

One more mean cruel thing said from you to us and we're shut you up ourselves for good
Useless to try and sway us from our one great cause
Two worlds brought together at last as one wonderful whole

Losers you are to try and stop something is in reality perfectly harmless
Often misunderstood
Until now when the animals speak up for the human's right to wear us as their amazing sexy decor
Determined to change the way things are seen both by you our fellow animals and the close minded humans whose protest you follow

We say this

Loud and clear
Fur crying out loud
Made for beauty
Made for their vanity
This is our will
Our fate and our destiny
Our choice
Fur crying loud
To be worn out there on that red hot red carpet of life
Fur ever more!
