Gaelic Language Poem by Meriki Raelene ParkinsonFraser

Gaelic Language

Shelagh is a lady,
she cleans & knits away.
Pours beers for a living,
loves her Suki babe.

Shelagh married a drummer,
said she was insane.
Fell in love with another,
though they are a pain.

Shelagh swears in Gaelic,
almost every day.
As she bears the music,
packs the drums away.

'Och, me god, what have ye earned
ta make me life so swoon.
I vow, when I marry third,
that man will play the spoons.'
