Gaffes! Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Gaffes!

Utterances;
In the line of bloopers.
Gaffes!
Eyed;
In the line of bloopers.
Loss, glossy!
Of a baby's bump;
To come together,
Pose, spouse!
From the first Cousin,
From the second Cousin,
From the third Cousin;
And, to have four children with her.

Equation, equestrian!
The muse of love,
The muse of life,
But, carried safely in a cot.
Life!
In your valour;
And, of your lesser duties,
But, love called in to take you away.
Life!
She fell in love with him;
Muse!
He fell in love with her;
Gaffes!
Like the life of an amoeba.

Life!
Styled;
Divided;
Painted! !
Like the Queen at breakfast.
Style!
With honours and honorary;
But, the ink nof my pen has no Degree.
Muse!
The fair of life and the ways of peace;
But, why is your mind very far away from me today?
