Any, Anybody! - Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Any, anybody!
Of the Red Rose and the White Rose;
Walks of life,
Of the Red Sand and the White Sand;
The milestone!
Of the Red Sea and the White Sea;
Like a dream! !
Of the Red Country and the White Country;
Sleeping with two women on the same bed!
Of the Red Continent and the White Continent;
North-West Wind!
Of the Red River and the White River;
Clash of the cultures! !
Of the Red Land and the White Land;
From above!
But, who is your friend?
Fake name! !
Wrong identity;
But, who is your lover?
Let's move! !
Let's love,
Let's care for each other;
But, who is your farmer?
Be, beyond!
I will always talk about it;
Rod, road!
Take it,
Try it,
Use it;
Lent, excellent! !
And like the Red Shoes and the White Shoes;
Lent, learnt!
Of the Red Colour and the White Colour.

    Any, Anybody
    The language is easy, no difficulty here. The story is clear, and I like this part. No so much emotion in this, but just cool examples to make the point of the poem that to some level is a success.

    I delight very much your guts to address human issues, applicable across the globe, however much they seem big or complicated, using simple words in your own style. Heartiest congrats Edward for yours being the members PoD. Thank you for sharing a precious thought with us. (Report) Reply

    Whether red or white, if a rose has a fragrance of love, peace and coexistence, it's a wonderful rose. A great poem and a well deserved selection as members poem of the day, congratulations. (Report) Reply

    In unison,
    The red color, the white color
    Because, supposedly,
    Human, we were born.

    Is there still time to love and respect one another. I hope so.
    This beautiful poem, and its cry for unity, peace and love,

    Congratulations Edward. A great poem that for me challenges one to experience and enjoy the diversity of culture and hopefully initiate more understanding and awareness of what really influences our choices. (Report) Reply

    Red & White
    Nice presentation. Everything siding either with red or with white- rose, sand, sea, river, continent and much more. And all these ingredients bring about a world that is full of diversity yet vying with each other for world full of unity. Superb. Thanks for sharing. I quote:
    Clash of the cultures! !
    Of the Red Land and the White Land;
    Let's love / Let's care for each other;
