I don’t really know where I should start,
And from the bottom of every piece of my ever-aching heart,
I am so deeply sorry about my constant acts,
For all the courage, compassion and consistency I lack.

I am sure you do not wish to hear from me,
But you know that you’re the cause of ever tear from me,
And by no means is it because you make me sad,
It is only because of all of the times we’ve had.

Or more like the ones that will never ever exist,
Because my bipolar emotions I just cannot resist,
I am so indescribably sorry about all of the pain that I am sharing,
I’m insane, please my darling, just stop caring.

I say this to you because it’s for your own well-being,
We cannot capture this idealistic dream we are seeing,
You are amazing, you are beautiful, you are strong and you are gifted,
But my maniacal heart just cannot be lifted.

And I am just so sorry and I don’t know what to do,
I want to make you happy; I want to be with you,
I want to hold you in my arms and take away the pain,
I want to spin you around and kiss you in the rain.

But through all of my pain, it is your heart I am breaking,
And God knows what you are doing right now, what kind of choices you are making,
But we both know in our hearts that this is not you,
This is the lost soul that I make you into.

You are the most amazing person I have ever met,
And my journeys with you I will never regret,
And no matter what happens I want you to see,
You’re still the best thing that has ever happened to me.

And my life is just absolutely nothing without you,
And you have just no idea exactly what you do,
And for my love to match yours I promise I will strive,
As long as you let me, as long as I'm alive.
