Garden Without A Bird Poem by Seshendra Sharma

Garden Without A Bird

Rating: 5.0

The sky call me
Through the spaces of trees
Over the rooftops of houses
Climbing over the peaks of hills
And protruding
Through crowds of clouds
The sky calls
Pointing a finger of solitary star
Shows how many flowers
Fell to the ground
In the wars of seasons
Asks me to leave the garden
Where there is no bird
It says
I shall give you a moon
To dissolve in your soul
Come the sky calls -
