Choice leaves the blind grave
Gray charred memories dissolve
Light is a healer
Becoming is a goal
Disappointments cannot stop praise
Slowly find little ponds
Stay in motion
Stay in tune
Hope is actions no matter how small
Being pruned is necessary
Hear good things
Take walks
Get lots of sun and nature
Memorize the serenity prayer
Get back to your meetings
