We're using 'their' and 'they',
though they're plural,
for 'his' and 'her',
to avoid sexism.

We're saying,
'A cynical company
is making a buyer
spend a lot more time
than necessary
booking their ticket on-line
before it reveals the full price,
knowing they'll probably buy
not wanting to waste their time.'
