Getting Through A Storm Poem by Shannon DuncanRoss

Getting Through A Storm

Rating: 4.9

Sitting here in the dark
Watching the rain run down the window
Thinking how dark its going to get
trying to find the light

forgetting about yesterday
thinking about tomorrow
I will still be here
when this storm goes

Then its all over
we can all go outside together
we can singing, dancing and laughing together
as the sun shine bright down on us
Smiling forgetting about all fear and worry

I do really love you
through the black and white
and all of the colours in between

well..behind the hills of effort..there's the valley of success...after the storm, the sun shines and new hope began
