Girl, How Could You Keep Loving Him - Poem by Ronell Warren Alman

Girl, how could you keep loving him
When he breaks your heart into two
Tears fall down from your face
You just don't know what to do
I wish you would just leave him
You need to wake up and see the light
As long as you condone his behavior
Things will never be right
You say that you love him
But he never returns his love for you
A acrimonious situation to be in
There are better things that you need to do
Getting rid of that loser
Consider that your first step
Throw away all the bitterness
Along with tears, sorrow, and mess
