Give Mercy Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Give Mercy

Give mercy to the humble and give ear to my muse,
For ther governments always cry for lack of funds;
But how much money is hidden in their pockets? ! !

To walk on the moon and to experience life for many to learn,
For tomorrow's reality is with all of us today;
But, the govrnments cry always for lack of funds.

Do you see what i see?
Do you hear what i hear?
Do you feel what i feel?
For the living have a choice than the dead;
And, i am taking the first sailing ship to meet you.

The money used by the governments! !
Stretch out your rod to smite the dust;
The honey between the two hills,
Stretch out your rod to smite the dust;
But, does the wild donkey bray when it has no grass? !
Then, the monkey on the tree is always watching us all.
