Subtle imperialism tunneled NEO, nothing to surmise
People's progressive plans pivoted pejoratively ripe
But Uncle Sam kicked all uprisings tended to subside


Palestine-Israel-Liberation broke with the stroke of hegemonic idiom
9/11 jolted a jinx of jihad killing innocent humans with religious opium
Weakening of South Asian powers through a strategic proxy medium
Sponsoring clandestine armament to disrupt India is a sort of odium
Islamic terrorism got neo-imperialistic promotion with jilted premium


Sloganeering India Shinning entered the new century in disguise
Unemployment galore everywhere with gunning glory to hide
Rising inflation, hawkish neighbouring nation - the shows to ride
Hitler of the twentieth century virtually looked nowhere to survive
But subliminal unrest for suiciding farmers surged a sustained life


Indo-Pak peace treaty landed mawkish with a bitter bite
Cross-border terrorism reached an unprecedented height
Parliament attack poured poison bringing the disharmonious plight

Naxal Movement spread beyond the bout with political insight


A ray of hope skimmed the youth to combat the furore on the floor of recession
The economic downturn around the globe supposed the Indian masses to submission
