Glorious past

Nation remains grateful for its glorious past
The old monuments speak always fast
We take pride in narrating history
And protect its entity throughout the country
It assumed great significance
When nation takes cognigance
If any one tries
To claim with malign intentions
What do we know about past?
The rich heritage speaks first
Of ancient link what we have inherited
And present history stands well related
It shouldn't remain only tourist sites
Or must highlight the great battle fight
Rather it must reflect on heroic struggle
Put up by ancestors or noble people
Old civilization strives in our mind
We can trace our link and find
Strong bond with the past
We shall, then, move for the future very fast
