God And I Poem by Seema Aarella

God And I

Rating: 4.8

I walked, and he strew
Thorns in my path
I prayed to him
To subside his wrath

I lied he then
Had me caught
By being true
No good was brought

Life I assumed
Was a sweet Dream
“A nightmare” he fumed
And made me scream

Exhausted, I ran away
To a lonely place
He changed the play
Pushed me back in race

He and I, one on one
Can’t stay can’t run
“God” what’s your plan
Let me live or get me done.

A sad one, but then, you can always turn to Him..i know He will listen to you..
