God and the donkey
Followed up my routine
-knock! Knock! Knock!
In the words and letters
-of this poor, new face
-the "P" was wronged as "S".
I begged her with "Sorry! "
-seeking her forgiveness
- "Would change it if not late!
-so, be kind; ignore if possible! "
Her words, mouth and actions
-informed me of her life in detail;
-unhappy, very poor, suspicious,
-ignorant, miserable, or depressed!
Sympathised, empathised, decided
- "Will go and correct it and return; "
-Kept my thoughts to myself.
Meant to be nice, help her:
- "I have it corrected…"
-I called her on way back and begged her:
- "…come to door, the main gate, in minute."
-said: "OK".
I got there, several calls again, and waited
-a total no show…not even a reply
- (when called her many times…)
-so, climbed and went up, and a knock…
"Leave it there, we'll pick it later on! "
-she told me shamelessly with door locked
- (as if I was slave or servant!)
Recalled the old phrase:
- "God knew the donkey
-to keep beast a horn-less! "
"What if she had power? "
