God Has To Descend Again

Rating: 2.8

God has to descend again
To relieve the people’s pain
Poor cry daily for piece of onion
Fanatics shed blood on the name of religion

Where to go and how deal?
Our concern is from heart and real
Why affluent and rich do not consider?
We too are affected by this disorder

We need no luxury to live with
We need no test to be enjoyed by tongue and teeth
We wish to have simple square meal
Why can’t you manage properly and make deal?

Country is not poor in natural resources?
Why to provide encouragement to such destructive forces?
Each region needs one messiah to wipe tears?
O lord, we are tired of such tactics and fear

Come once to take our care
No one now a day can dare
Life has become cheap
We have face space to keep

Gandhiji* fell to assassin’s bullet
Martin Luther King too met same fate
President Kennedy had lot more to show
But he too was made cheaply to go

Let one dominant soul descend
So we all can make amends
Under one umbrella and one religion
So there remains no boundary and regions

*Gandhi…. Father of Indian nation

WAO! A true wish Roland 'KingShip' EdiareLess than a minute ago Very well done, many have paid the price...to bring us to where we are, but the plight of the world today does not reflect much about what they fought and died for. I say Amen! To we need God once again.
