God Placed Our Sin-Debt

God placed our sin-debt on Christ's account
So that we might be free
To offer us up a taste of forgiveness
Of our sins forgiven! ...completely!
Beneath that Cross of Jesus Christ
Is offered Salvation's Cup
And it only became available
When the Lord Jesus was lifted up...

So turn your eyes upon Jesus Christ
For there's life in the Crucified One
There's no other that can offer such a pardon
Then the Lord Jesus...God's only begotten Son
There's a personal relationship awaiting
To be had by any in need
Come today with a heart of repentance
And you will find a Friend indeed!

Experience Resurrection's power
By the same Spirit that has raised Christ
You that are dead in trespasses and sins
He has paid 'in full' your ransom price
Make faith's application your's today
To find your soul's sweet relief
Are you having a problem to come to the Cross?
May the Lord help your unbelief

Calvary covered it all
Although it took an old rugged Cross
Where our dear Saviour was placed upon it for me
So I needn't endure that cost
Now my soul is rejoicing
For I have believed on that One
My Triune God of Righteousness
In the Father, the Spirit, and the Son!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
