God's Grace (From The Holy Bible) Poem by Dr John Celes

God's Grace (From The Holy Bible)

By grace of God, I'm what I am;
His grace in me is not in vain;
I labored more than most of them,
Not I but grace of God in me.

Divine grace makes some sinners saints;
No one transforms you but God's grace;
Seed sowed by us, though nurtured well
Grows only by the grace of God.

Our faith has saved us by God's grace;
Not by our work but by His gift;
God's grace brings salvation to world;
His power's perfect in our weakness.

God's grace restores our sagging strength;
His grace keeps sinners still alive;
And God rewards those who seek Him;
He shed His blood redeeming men.

His blood forgives our trespasses;
God's grace makes us lead upright lives;
Don't spurn the Son of God at all;
Do not profane His sacred blood.

Don't outrage Holy Spirit's grace;
The punishment from God is worst.
Renounce ungodliness therefore;
Give up your passions; control self.

Of faith, hope, love, love is greatest;
Christ advocates though sin remains;
Our trespasses lead us to death;
God made us all for His good works.

In Christ, we are made all anew;
Be humble, get enormous grace;
By grace of Christ, we all get saved,
Not based on toil and work of ours.
