Going To Heaven Or Hell Poem by Randy McClave

Going To Heaven Or Hell

He stated who was going to hell
Because, what someone else had dreamed and said,
And unto that statement I said, "well"
You truly won't know until you are dead.
Remember, God does all the judging
The judging won't be done by either you or I,
And God won't ever be the one grudging
When upon this earth someone does die.
You can say whatever you want to say
And you can believe whatever you want,
But, remember in private it's always best to pray
And the departed dead do not ever haunt.
Do you think the Devil would release anyone from torment
And allow them on the earth again to be freed,
And those happy souls that are Heaven sent
Do you think that from heaven they'd want to secede.
Even the worst sinner can always be saved
And through Gods grace they'll end up in paradise,
Even the ones acting or seeming un-behaved
Soon, they too will see and feel compassion in God's eyes.
Did that person I don't know go to hell or heaven
A stranger told me they went to hell with their woes,
Someone else told me they got saved when they were thirty seven
In the end, only God our father truly knows.
