Golden Beauty

Out in the sunset
Laying on a rock
There's a mermaid
With hair of golden locks

If you see her
Only then you will know
That it's her beauty
You surely will behold

Dont stare at her eyes
Or she'll put you in a spell
Before you even know it
You'll be in the depths of Hell

They say a spell was cast upon her
That made her turn this way
And she can't do nothing about it
So she lays around that bay

Oh her kind of beauty
Is the hardest to find
Most have to use make-up
But she never was that kind

A witch through jealousy
Put that very spell upon her
Just because of her beauty
With her hair of golden curls

Someday a powerful prince
Might kiss her and break the spell
For love is so powerful
There is only one way to tell

But she'll have to close her eyes
So she don't get him in her spell
Then once they kiss it will be
Just a matter of time to tell
