Gone

Heres a girl with scars on her skin,
tears in her heart,
and tears in her eyes.
With the knife beside her,
should she stay or should she go?
Just one cut for each word said.
Now shes looking at her arm,
like she doesnt know what happened.
Shes lost and screaming for help,
can anyone hear her?
Is she even screaming?
One second it was perfect,
but now theres nothing;
its all gone,
the love, the truth,
the smiles, the hugs.
Gone.
