Good Cop-Bad Cop

Beat Cops, now beat ‘em up Cops
Riot suits ‘n shields replacing blues
Brutal/lethal force their latest chops
Privilege, trust ‘n power they abuse

cop in old English means grab. The word is the short form of copper (the one who grabs) and the original form has been derived from persian (qap - qapidan) .
